Hi ! just checking if there are any august filers in the online sytem who are able to check their status online.

AOS & EAD

July 24, 2007: Mailed AOS & EAD to Chicago

July 26, 2007:Package delivered at PO Box in Chicago

Sept 1, 2007: NOA1 for AOS

Sept 6, 2007: NOA1 for EAD

Sept 7, 2007: RFE for AOS

Sept 18, 2007:RFE received by USCIS

Sept 22, 2007: Biometrics for AOS & EAD

Oct 19, 2007: EAD card in hand!

Dec 4 , 2007: Greencard Approved...I-155 stamped on Passport :) at the Interview

Dec 17: Greencard in Mail :)

Removing of Conditions

Sept. 21, 2009: Mailed out I-751

Sept. 23, 2009: Received at CSC

Sept 28, 2009: Received NOA1

Oct 20, 2009: Biometrics Appt.

Oct 21, 2009: Touch

Nov 13, 2009: Email: Card production ordered

NOv. 20, 2009: GC in Mail :)

Nope i cant i check everyday :( when i called they said wait the 90 days and then you should be in there BOOOOO!!!!

Initially I couldnt. But now I can track my I-485 (after talking to an immigration officer) but my I-130 still cannot be tracked

June 29, 2007 : Erin and Muraari's Wedding in Seattle, WA (YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

July 24, 2007: Mailed all paperwork to Chicago (Wish us luck)

Aug 31, 2007: Biometrics Appointment

Sep 1, 2007: Received NOA1 (Dated Aug 29)

Nov 25, 2007: Received notice for interview in Baltimore, MD (No touches, nothing online to date)

Jan 22, 2008: Interview in Baltimore, MD. Went well.

Jan 29, 2008: Can finally track I-130 online. Approved.

Jan 31, 2008: Email I-485 "Card production ordered"

Feb 5, 2008: Another email I-485 "Card production ordered"

Feb 7, 2008: Received I-130 approval and I-485 "Welcome to America Letter" in snail mail

Feb 7, 2008: Email I-485 "Approval notice mailed"

Feb 9, 2008: GC in hand....... (Done with USCIS for a few months) YAYY!!!!!!

Oct 22, 2009: Process starts again. Going to mail I-751 to VSC

Jan 26, 2010: Notice of Approval and Card Production for 10-year GC

Feb 3, 2010: 10-Year GC Received

Hey. The standard 1800 customer service number. But its the luck of the draw. Sometimes the person puts you through to an immigration office. Sometimes they say wait 90 days. Not sure if there is any logic to it

I am able to see my I-485 & I-765 online but it only became available within the last week or so. My package was received 25th of July. I wouldn't say I can "track" it exactly because nothing is updated online, despite having received a letter notifying us of our case being transferred.

I can track my I 485 online. I was actually able to before I got the NOA1 which was 08/01/07

Filing I 360 3rd Nov 2005

Prima facie determination received from Vermont 20th Nov 2005

DIVORCED JANUARY 25th 2006

EAD applied for again (jeez I need to work ) 28th Feb 2006

Removal hearing July 12th 2006

RFE's received for I360 and EAD 13th October 2006

NOID received March 2007

EAD denied March 2007

Back to Immigration Court April 18th 2007

NOID request for evidence received USCIS 3rd May 2007

I 360 touched May 31st 2007

I 360 actually approved May 30th 2007

EAD filed June 23rd 2007

I 485 filed July 24th 2007

NOA1 for I 485 August 1st 2007

EAD approved August 6th 2007

Medical with CS August 28th 2007

Biometrics August 24th 2007

Paperwork sent to Immigration Judge to finally terminate removal proceedings September 10th 2007

 

GREEN CARD FINALLY APPROVED AFTER 4 YEARS September 9th 2008 :D

 

N-400 Filed online 03/04/2018

NOA online 03/05/2018- projected Citizenship completion date December 2018

I filed during the last week of July and once I got my bio. appt. letter, I'd been able to track my case status online. Like most late july filers, the bio. letter came before the NOA.

EAD

Date Filed : June 17, 2007

NOA Date : June 27, 2007

Bio. Appt. : July 21, 2007

Transfer to CSC Notice: July 28, 2007

Touched: July 31, Aug. 20, Aug. 21

Infopass: Oct. 12, 2007 - IO faxed CSC to inform that I am outside processing timeframe; still no word as of 10/17!!!

Oct. 31, 2007 - Received letter from my representative stating my application is still under review and should allow 30-45 more days for adjudication!!!

Touched: Oct. 31, Nov. 1,9 (These touches better be a sign of something good!)

EAD Card Prod. Ordered: Nov. 19, 2007 (Finally! After 155 days)

EAD Card Mailed: Nov. 21, 2007; Touched on Nov. 22, 23

AOS K3/K4

Date mailed : July 23, 2007

Date rec'd : July 24, 2007

Cheques cashed : Aug. 8, 2007

NOA Date: Aug. 28, 2007

Interview: January 22, 2008 (a welcome surprise...case never got an touched/updated on the USCIS website)

Jan. 31 and Feb. 4 - Card Production Ordered email received

Feb. 1 - RFE (huh?!) Infopass at USCIS say they made a mistake!

Feb. 7 - Approval Notice email (got green card after a day or two; green card has wrong middle name!)

April - Filed I-90 for green card error (never got receipt confirmation from USCIS)

June 13 - Got email saying card production ordered (hope this is it!)

We can track both of my husband's cases online now. Yesterday was his biometrics appointment, and this morning is the first we've tracked his cases (both were touched yesterday). Could have been available for several days though -- we didn't check for a few.

I'm the USC.

11/05/2007........Conditional permanent residency effective date.

01/10/2008........Two-year green card in hand.

08/08/2009........Our son was born <3

08/08/2009........Filed for removal of conditions.

12/16/2009........ROC was approved.

11/05/2010........Eligible for Naturalization.

03/01/2011........Separated.

11/05/2012........Eligible for Naturalization.
