silly affidavit of support question

So I have a very silly question regarding the affidavit of support form. Between my 2 jobs I make enough money to be over the poverty line. Though, on I-134 it requests that you state your job and it's address, though it only has enough line space to write one job. How should I include the other job on the form. OR do I just state the one that gives me more money and then attach the employer letter and pay stubs of the other job and let them find out on their own that I have 2 jobs? OR should I just try to squeeze all the information on the given lines? :help:

I think that you have the option on all forms to fill in the blank with "See Supplement" and then provide as much information as you want on a separate sheet. I would not leave anything for them to discover. Spell it out very clearly so there is no chance for confusion.

PS: Don't forget to include the supplement. ;)

I agree, I would put something like "see attachment" and then include both jobs. Just make sure that you put your full name and any other identifying information as to which form the "attachment" is for, plus the question number, etc.

Good luck.

You can type in an asterisk under the line for your job 1, then make a footnote at the bottom of the page to see attachment second other job.

Don't forget to type the asterisk in at the bottom of the page also before your footnote.

Actually, it might be better to just put See Supplement in the form boxes, and then list both jobs on the supplement. That way it cannot be overlooked. Having the 2 jobs "side by side" will leave no doubt to the poverty line being crossed.

hum, if you add a supplement to the I-134 do you need to get it notarized? :P

These are all good ideas. I looked at my copy of the I 134 and in the box my lawyer put my business name, under that he added the asterisk that said see footnote. The footnote said see attached copies of pension. I'd be a little worried about leaving out job 1 on the form just in case the USCIS folks lose the attachments.
