I give them credit. While the world focuses on Iraq, the US and Alqaeda; Countries like Russia are working on their own stuff. If they are not silencing people they are building stuff like this..

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

well, the russians are regrouping their miltary....

Have you ever seen the doco on the chemical weapons Russians manufactured and tested in Kazak.. I forgot if it was on the history or nat geo channel. How they pretty much drained the largest river there..
