I-751 (Services Centers applications status)

Hi all,

I have a few questions, I filed my I751 on Apr 22, 2008 at NSC, my local office is Portland, OR

- My conditional GC is expiring on Jun 20 and I need to go out of the country sometime toward end of May or beginning of June for 3 to 4 weeks, how early can I take an Infopass appointment to get the I 551 stamped on my passport? Can I do it right away or should I wait till middle of May ?

- Incase if I don't get NOA or Biometric appointment letter and my check is also not cleared by then, what should I take as proof of filing I751, the only proof I have is the delivery confirmation screen shot from USPS website.

it sounds like everyone from NSC is getting transferred to CSC so I hope you'll get your NOA soon.

Adding my time line.

At Bio, it showed there is a small burn on my finger that I did not know so the lady said there is a chance that i may need to come back but let's hope not.

A lesson that I learned was needing to be care for my fingers extra right before bio. Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

My case was transferred from TSC to VSC, and after calling the customer service to report that I did not receive NOA1 from TSC, I received one from VSC today! They issued it on the day I called.
