Actually, it should be the date the NOA1 is dated, not received, since the date one receives it is kind of meaningless in terms of processing time. So is the "date of I-751" for that matter, since some people send theirs overnight, others by regular mail . . . .

VSC at least seems to be sticking to the 6-month time frame, unlike TSC and NSC, which apparently adhere to the Martian calendar.

I just went by Boscouple, the last person on the list approved at VSC, who had an NOA1 of March 16 and was approved just about six months later, on Sept. 19. The actual processing time VSC is reporting is 8 1/2 months . . . in other words, your guess is as good as mine. But they do not seem as bad as TSC or NSC.
