So now i get it! everyone who send their applications after the fee increase got transfered to other centers and are getting approved in just few months and the ones that got there way before that are being left behind in rusty drawers! :angry:

yeah, but the slower ones did save $250 !!! :devil:

Nope you are wrong I applied after the fee increase and I have not been transfered anywhere.... I am not expecting to hear anything from VSC until Jan or Feb next year...

Nope you are wrong I applied after the fee increase and I have not been transfered anywhere.... I am not expecting to hear anything from VSC until Jan or Feb next year...

just cause you didn't get transfered and/or approved does not mean that i am wrong. there's a lot of transfers and that is a fact. also, it's a fact that there's more approvals after they started transferring the applications to other centers. just check it yourself, it's pretty obvious.

Check the stats and you will see it is only certain service centers that are being transfered.... not one person from VSC has been transfered... so you cant say that everyone who filed after the fee increase is being transfered... because they are not...

No, i was not talking about everyone. i didn't even notice that you filed with VSC. i was mainly talking about NSC. VSC has always been pretty fast. they have slowed down, but not as dramatically as other centers.

You're both right. Only petitions filed in TSC and NSC after approximately July 1 are being transferred to CSC. No VSC petitions were transferred (at least not yet) -- they are plodding along like one would expect from your typically mediocre governmental entity -- neither speedy nor (relative to TSC and NSC) slow.

You are in the bottom tier of service centers, Simona. Anyone who filed in NSC is lucky to get out 9 months after filing. And anyone who ever gets out of TSC is apparently just plain lucky, period.

to be honest, it doesn't really matter when i get approved. It's frustrating seeing how the centers work, but i don't really care . it's not like the first time where i had to be away from my (now) husband. i'm living my life without worrying too much about my case status, it would just be nice to see some improvement since they keep on increasing fees. As i see though, nothing has changed and that makes me mad.

I understand you're frustrated but that's not the case...

OK got transferred and approved quite fast, even after an RFE... but I applied before the fee changed...

When I did my husband Vermont was pretty fast, but now that I applied for his I-751 is like paying them back, I sent his lifting on 4/27 and last touch was in June and since them nothing else. Oh also forgot to stated that his I-485 took more longer than I could expected, it was transfer to CSC on 2004 and by seeing my timeline you all could see how long we waited to get it aproved.

I think this is just luck.

Well let see who is next, cause I think none Vermont I-751 will be transfer, instead will waited between 6 to 7 months to ge approved and I'm assuming this just by seeing all Vermonts approved, and most of them are almos 6 to 7 months.

04/30/07: Vermont received I-751 (day 1)

05/03/07: Received confirmation of delivered package

05/25/07: Received BLUE Finger Print Receipt Notification Dated 5/18/07 (day 25)

06/13/07: Received Biometric Appointment Notice dated 6/8/07 for 06/22/07 (day 44)

06/22/07: Biometric Appointment @ 2:00 Done (day 53)

We were transferred from NSC to CSC - NOA1 date = Sept 19/2007

Interesting date, I think they must have faxed the form since it's the same date as our rec'd date :)
