7 Sept,07 Sent off I-751 to remove conditional residence status.

(keeping our fingers crossed we don't get an RFE!!)

10 Sept, 07 I-751 delivered at 11:27 AM on in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607.

22 Sept, 07 Green card expired.

24 Sept, 07 Called bank to see if check had been cashed - it hasn't ! :(

29 Sept, 07 Cashiers check cashed !!! WOOHOO that is a load off my mind !!!

1 Oct, 07 Called bank to see if cashiers check had been cashed !! see above !!

1 Oct, 07 NOA 1 received in mail.

3 Oct, 07 Biometrics appointment received in mail.

20 Oct, 07 Biometrics appointment.

1 Dec, 07 Decision of approval

7 Dec, 07 Received letter stating that my green card is on its way... no interview for us !!

I reckon you'll get your bio letter soon ;) I wasn't expecting it so soon I was ready to wait a few weeks. oh, by the way I only sent my pack to CSC it never went to NSC. Thanks for your help :D

i hope so! here, I'll correct your service center, and my noa1 date. it was the 2nd, not the 3rd. :)

you're welcome.

(for future reference, you need to copy from where it starts with up to where it ends with , and just replace the --/--/-- with a date. :blink: i hope it makes sense! :) )

Updating with my Biometrics date, I just got the appointment in the mail today! :thumbs:

By the way, I thought they only scheduled appointments on weds and sats, but mine is on a thursday??? :wacko:

April 26 thru 29 Tried to make biometrics and fingerprinting appointment to no avail.

April 29, 2005 Just walked in and had them done.

May 18, 2005 Received RFE for Supplemental Form to I-693 dated May 13.

May 31, 2005 Sent in Supplemental Form to I-693 as requested.

June 7, 2005 Received e-mail notice stating Supplemental Form to I-693 had been received.

June 16, 2005 AP & EAD approved!!!

August 5, 2005 Received appointment letter for AOS interview: October 20, 2005

October 20, 2005 AOS Interview APPROVED!

Updating with my Biometrics date, I just got the appointment in the mail today! :thumbs:

Congrats Inlove! Now where is my husband's letter? When should I start getting worried? People before me and after me are receiving bio appointments, but not us. BTW- there is no way to check the status of this petition on the uscis site, correct?

I'm sure your husband's letter is just around the corner, too! And yes, you can check the status of the petition on the site, but only after you receive the Biometrics NOA, as that's the only NOA with the correct receipt number! ;)

so, in the NOA it says that the green card has been extended for 1 year.. how do u get that extension? have to go to the local CS with the NOA and passport? they're gonna send a EAD?
