My case was received by the VSC in Aril 2007 and had my biometrics on 19th may 07 - my case transfer notice is dated june 30th 07. Nothing heard since then. It seems weird that it's been 5 mnths since my application has been filed and over 3 mnths since it was tranferred to CSC.

Did anyone else experience this? How did you go about getting to know whats happening with your case.

Mine's been at CSC since May 25th...a few touches here and there but nothing major going on.

If you're concerned, make an Infopass appointment. If you're past 6 months, then maybe get your Congressperson/Senator involved.

334 days since transferred to CSC.

You can check processing times here? by selecting the local office nearest you (where your Infopass would take place) as that will tell you how many months the AOS will take to process. CSC website only lists employment based AOS applications. San Bernadino, for example says AOS applications take about 6 months.
