Well, my wife received her welcome letter today. So, if everything continues as it has, she should have her Green Card by Monday or Tuesday. :dance:

I also received the approval of her I-130 today as well.

02/06/06: Received 2 year conditional permanent resident card

Removal of Conditions Timeline

10/28/07: Filing can be done for I-751 (removal of conditions)

10/31/07: I-751 submitted to Vermont Service Center (mailed)

11/05/07: NOA 1 Date for I-751

11/15/07: Received NOA 1 extending Permanent Resident Status for 1 year.

11/27/07: Biometrics NOA date

11/30/07: Biometrics NOA received

12/13/07: Biometrics appointment

07/30/08: Approval email received

08/04/08: Conditions removed

10/15/08: Conditions fee reimbursed USCIS realized their mistake after approving the condition :P
