Hi l am Faith11.

we sent our l-130 on march 21, it was received on march 30. the l-129F, it was sent on april 30.

l am from late march or early april, l let this to administrators.

we haven´t been approved yet, it´s been 173 since we sent the l-130 petition and 133 days fro the l-129F.

My husband has called a couple of time to USCIS in California and they just said we have to wait.

l am worried about this and very sad.

This is very frustating, we can´t plan anything.

l hope to see those approvals sometime this week.

l am very INTENSA.

God please approves, approves.

I would think your approval should be coming in here very shortly. These people at CSC are unbelieveable and this whole process is depressing. If you do not have your approval by friday; I would contact them again! Its time CSC starts to send more approvals out and process the rest of March filers and approve the April filers. Or send the applications where they have enough staff to complete the approval process. Anyway, good luck and I will say a prayer for you and the rest of us that are continuing to wait for CSC.

good luck and hope you guys get approved soon!!! :thumbs: It's such a hard time for all of us.. Their priorities are out of whack... processing K1 and temporary workers first.. that's why the United States isn't improving much.. mainly because of our president and his choices :crying: :crying: How did anyone think to re-elect him? I still didn't understand that... we have the stupid leading the stupid... :angry:

We're still waiting, but I just checked moments ago and our I-130 was "touched" today. We've been waiting since March 26th. I'm in England right now visiting my husband and I've been throwing pennies in every fountain I find hoping to hear while I'm here that our I-130 is approved. I'm keeping my fingers crossed as well.

11/10/08 Moved up to "Under Review" after 21 weeks

At one point I really believed in our Country. Now I am very disappointed because when you are seperated from your family not for days, not for weeks, but for months and it could be a year or years if your family member is over 21 years old. There is no justification for this process! Definately changes need to happen because if this was their family how long do you think their process would be?
