The attachment is the RFE that I received....

My questions are:

- Do I need to submit again the whole I-864 package?

- What exactly they wanted me to submit?

- Did they only need the proof for current income which is the "employement letter & paystubs?"

Please do reply my questions....I want to submit the things that I need to sumbit as soon as possible...Thanks you in advance :)

i am a bit confused since it says it does NOT meet the poverty line but at the end it says NO employment letter and pay stubs has been submitted so i would just say send that in the joint sponsors letter of employment with pay stubs ... i think i got the same RFE and that was what i sent in and they were ok with it!

Yeah, I think it's pretty clear, you need to give them proof that your sponsor earns enough by putting the letter of employment and the last pay subs.

08.2006: Entered with a B-2 visa.

07.06.07: Civil Wedding

07.17.2008 AOS approved with interview. It took 367 Days!

11.08.08: Big family wedding

09.18.09-10.03.09: First trip to France with Hubby

I-751

04.19.10: Package sent to Vermont

04.21.10: Delivered in Vermont

04.22.10: NOA date

04.23.10: Check cashed

05.17.10: Received biometrics appointment letter

06.07.10: Biometrics Appointment

06.26.10: Touched

07.07.10: Card Production Ordered!

07.17.10: Card in the mail :) Done until citizenship
