I guess the important part is to determine how many of them were actually involved and to what degree. If any of them were under the control of others with threats of beatings, rape, imprisonment, or death if they "told," I don't think they should receive as harsh a punishment as the other(s) who did it willingly.

Otherwise, I think they should be tortured and forced to do the exact same things as they forced the woman to do, just before they're disemboweled, and then drawn and quartered, their corpses burned and the ashes scattered to the four winds.

I am a strong advocate of reintroducing corporal punishment in today's world for heinous crimes committed against others.

This way the criminals don't simply live a life of luxury in prison or take the easy way out by means of death penalty.

This is a fine neutral answer! Yeah, Its pretty low alright.To say the least. But what action would you suggest? If they are guilty, what might be a good punishment?

Whatever the law decrees. I presume the DA will be looking for a maximum sentence available to them under the hate crime legislation - assuming that they are actually guilty. Got to be convicted first.
