submitted i130& g325 w/no cover sheet, real person@ USCIS said should be ok. any hints other than ADD meds?Mailed 7/27/07, recd. ANY reason to worry. Have not heard anything yet. COULD THIS CAUSE DELAY? WHAT, HOW, WHERE. HELP, PLZ... :help:

You should be fine, no need to worry. I have submitted quite a few I-130 on my behalf and helped other friends file theirs, without any cover letter. Never had any issue and got approvals on time.

I sent my original I-130 application without the coversheet, and it was fine. What's important is that you have all the documents necessary when you submitted it with your original application. :thumbs:
