my i-130 has been transferm from the csc to the local office for standard interview before the approval,,i was woundering,,in my case if my my go over there and they believe her ,,can they approve my i-130 over there at the local office or they will have to send it back to the csc to get it proved or what?and we recieved a letter asking to prove the relation and they want them to be sent before the interview,,in this case,,how long does it tak for them to set the interview for her after they recieved all the documents by tommorow?
