I like this thread. I hope it doesn't die. We need some more people to contribute.

Side note: The user name KyanWan - every time I see it, my brain automatically says Hayawan. :lol: No offense to the user cause I like your name and love that you shared what it means. And, Kyanwan (as a dog's name) is technically the same thing as 7ayawan.

7ayawan = animal (I've heard it mostly as an insult. That's why it grabs my attention.)

But, I guess my Arabic lessons are kicking in when I see that name. :lol:

I have the same problem - glancing @ things & see something else.

( Oh yeah, I've had my share of "ya haiwan!" when I was a kid. :P )

Carshel is my older sister and my name together. My mother created it years ago. :luv:

Car - Carrie

shel - Michelle

My husband's ID- Zamo95, is initials from both his first and last name.

Za - last 2 letters of his last name

mo - first 2 initials of his first name

I don't know where the 95 came from...lol. :huh:

My mother still does that to this day. My little sister (who is 12) asked her if she needed to wear a sign on her to remind my mother who she is. :lol:
