I saw James Blunt open for some other band at the Camden Barfly in something like 2003. It was singularly one of the worst gigs I have ever seen in my life - he dedicated a song to his sister, "the most beautiful woman I know"

Totally unnatural and wrong!

I'll bet you heard a thousand sighs from adoring women who think he's the greatest thing since Fabio.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

At this point of the conversation, I would like to point out that there is nothing inherently wrong with bunny slippers. In fact, some of the greatest minds of our time don them in the evening hours. They are warm, comfortable, and give smiles to all who see them.

So please don't malign the bunny slippers by such associations. My bunnies, Spunky and Kinky, say thanks.

On the advice of my lawyer, I'm retracting my statement about James Blount probably wearing bunny slippers and I want to go on the record as saying that some of my best friends wear bunny slippers.... (but they deserve a kicking too).
