I am wondering if someone could help me with the forms I-134. My finance isn't able to meet the required income level and his mom has told us that she would help.

I believe that she too has to fill out the I-134 form. But I am stuck with question 10.

"I have submitted a visa petition to the USCIS on behalf of the following person:"

Obviously she has not done that. Should she be writing NONE?

One more question:

It asks the person if they own real estate and his family does own a house but as far as I know there morgage is still very high. Should we rather ask his brother to be a co-sponsor who has a good income and no payments? His girlfriend just gotten pregnant. Would he need to fill out that she is partially dependaent on him?

Thanks,

Christine

None is the correct answer. If the income is sufficient, she may simply skip all references to assets.
