28th july 2007 - N-400 mailed to VSC

(exactly on the 90th day mark...applications NOT returned although some scared me into thinking they could have!)

30th july 2007 - N-400 delivered to VSC

11th august 2007 - Delivery Confirmation receipt received

17th september 2007 - Money Order (FINALLY!) cashed

9th november 2007 - NOA! (notification period given 180 days)

21th november 2007 - Biometrics appointment letter

18th december 2007 - Biometrics appointment in Baltimore, MD completed

29th march 2008 - FINALLY received letter with interview date!

8th may 2008 H 8:40 AM - Interview in Baltimore-APPROVED!

8th may 2008 H 3:00 pm (yes same day, crazy!) Oath Ceremony in Baltimore

24th may 2008 - US Passport application mailed off

6th june 2008 - US Passport received in the mail!!!

yes if everyone would pass to all your friends, i see these on computer all the time as email, never thought it would be one of mine but guess we never know, but if one friend passes to all they know and those pass on to others it can go far im sure. Even in Okla here it needs to get around, a friend of her sisters did say she thought she saw him in walmart in Norman but i dont think that was confirmed might not have been, and a girl was not with this person at this time.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

I think at first they did just think she left on a whim because she was calling in some (not telling where she was) but sounding ok, saying she went on her own etc but now the cell has stopped so no more calls for awhile and besides at 13 she does not need to be off with ANY 25 yr old wether she went willingly or not and he needs charges filed not only on him but his dad for aiding by buying them the bus ticket (as i was told) but get somebody to do something is like pulling teeth. Thanks almaty you are a lifesaver i wish i had known earlier when my son was looking around rockford and not getting any cooperation.
