Hello everyone!

I am now in the process of preparing some documents needed for the interview though we didn't get the NOA2 yet :unsure: Anyway, I would like to know regarding the emails. I am printing the emails he sent to me but how about the emails I sent to him? Do I have to bring them as well with me together with my emails from him???? :whistle:

01/09/08 : VISA IN HAND

03/06/08 : Arrive in the US, POE - DETROIT

04/12/08 : Receive NOA's AP, EAD

05/02/08 : BIOMETRICS

06/11/08 : EAD CARD IN THE MAIL!!!

07/02/08 : GREEN CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED

03/27/09 : Driver's License issued

Removing Condition

04/03/10 : mailed to Vermont

04/08/10 : NOA1 & 1 yr extension

Make yourselves a favor and send each other not only emails but also snail mail. I enjoyed a lot writting letters for my fiance since we began the relation and we had a bunch of letters for the interview. They actually didnt pay any attention to them but they saw. And then I took them again for my AOS (Adjustment of Status) interview and it work perfectly.

29-05-07 Successful interview. (We waited that long because my fiance travels a lot)

14-08-07 Interview in OK City, AOS, EAD and AP

15-09-07 NOA for EAD and AP.(sep 13)and on 20-09-07 NOA for AOS. (sep 13)

13-10-07 AP received

17-10-07 Biometrics.

29-10-07 EAD received

28-11-07 Card production ordered

11-12-07 Green Card on hand.

Removing conditions

4-09-09 Send papers to VSC

8-09-09 Confirmation via FedEx (Same as NOA)

07-10-09 Biometrics appointment

20-10-09 Second biometric (29 was the date)

You don't have to send everything but just select some of them within a range of dates that proves your ongoing relationship. Letters would be good too.

Examples of emails throughout your relationship is sufficient. A log of emails and a couple from each of you for each month will be sufficient. No need to carry 20 pounds of paper to the interview.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

10/01/2010: Application was sent.

10/04/2010: Application was received.

10/06/2010: Email received "Application has been received" & Noticed Date.

10/07/2010: "Touch"

10/08/2010: "Touch" & Check was Cashed

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.

01/18/2011: Oath Letter was Sent.

01/20/2011: Oath Letter Recieved via mail.

01/28/2011: Oath Date. ==> Done, I am a U.S. Citizen

01/31/2011: Applied for a U.S. Passport Book, And, U.S. Passport Card.

We submitted emails and also printed out transcripts from our Yahoo Messenger chats.
hey jaz! how did you printed out the yahoo messenger logs??? did u just copy the main conversation and saved on windows word or theres a certain button on yahoo messenger to print out a chat log?? if there is... how?

Jun 27 - NOA2 by the mailbox!!! (found out that d 2nd touch was d approval..sweet!)

Jul 3 - NVC sent letter to petitioner

Jul 15 - confirmation letter received (tnk u my dear DHL)

Jul 17- 1st day - medical exam SLEC (on hold and waiting for it to be done successfully) July 31- PASSED!

Aug 28 - USEM interview date! (eto' na!) - PASSED - PINK SLIP ONLY!

Sept 26 - PAL departure - MNL-LAX

NOV 23 - Church wedding

Jan 30 2009 - AOS with EAD and AP submitted to Chi, IL

Feb 4 - check cleared

Feb 10 - AOS, EAD, AP NOA1 received!

Aside from emails and chats we also do have snail mails. Still like the old fashion letters though :):star:(L)
