Hey guys,

The consulate has sent me the form for the medical examination in May this year and the form has an expiration date in the right upper corner 05/31/07

Is it going to be a problem using it anyways? or do I need to get a new form? If yes, where from?

Thank you

Elena

I have never heard of a "medical examination form" for a K1 visa. Can you give us the form number? Can the form be found on USCIS's website?

yes one sec.

1st and 2nd page- DS-2053

3rd and 4rth page- DS-3024

5th and 6th- DS-3025

7th and 8th- DS 3026

It's for a standard medical examination before the interview :(

Hrm, that's what I thought you were referring to. I was a little confused since I've never heard of those particular forms being released to a K1 applicant before - they're usually meant to be completed by the panel physician for your medical examination.

Unfortunately there aren't any updated forms available online, so I'd just stick with the forms that you have.

Thank you so much. I was actually thinking to stick with them because I got them 5 days before the expiration on them anyways. Either way, by the medical they would have been expired...

:)

Sorry I'm being confusing :)))

and thank you for your help

I have those forms you mentioned above. If you still need them, you know how to reach me. :)

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
