retired sponsor needs what?

hello all,

my father is co-sponsoring my fiance's visa. he's retired, and receives a pension which shows up on a w-2 every year. Is a w-2 from 2006 good enough for one piece of evidence of income, or does he need something more official from the IRS? (such as a transcript, whatever that might be)

and, would "future father in law" be good enough for his relationship to my fiance?

A tax return or tax transcript should be included, per the I-134 instructions. Best practice is to provide the three most recent tax transcripts. Just google "tax transcripts". You can order them online and get them in a week or two.

The petitioner needs an I-134 too.

Our co-sponsor is also retired what form does he need to use for co-sponsor us for K1 visa??
