If all is well with all the necessary documents required for the K3 visa, what are the chances that the spouse can be denied based solely on if he doesn't pass the drug test? (Extremely curious) If anyone can answer it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

it is 100% that he would be denied.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

If he cannot pass the drug test, there is a 3 year ban before he can even go to the embassy again. (Read Yardies thread and you will see it happens over and over again).

It is best if he passes the drug test and never EVER mentions the use of drugs in the past.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip
