Alright guys, I am back after weeks of silence. Finally, my application got touched. :dance: Got touched on 04/06/06 and again on 04/07/06. I hoping for some news by the end of next week.

Dec 31st, 2005: K1 Application mailed.

Jan 3rd, 2006: CSC received application.

Jan 4th, 2006: NOA1 Date.

Jan 6th, 2006: Check cashed.

Jan 12th, 2006: I received NOA 1. Good sign? Hopefully!!!! Any comments welcomed.

April 6th, 2006: Touched after 92 DAYS!

April 7th, 2006: Touched again.

I got "touched" twice in two days, and by the evening of the second touch, got my approval e-mail!!! :D

Okay so new at all of this what does touched mean and how are you tracking your progress? I only have the refrence # and was wondering how exactly to track everything.

Touched is when USCIS updates your case status. You can check it out online at www.uscis.gov

Dont worry, Im still learning the ropes myself. I asked the same question just a couple of weeks ago :) Welcome to VJ, we're happy to have you :)

Same with me, after they touched my case a couple of times in January, we got our approval within a week. Good luck and all the best to you!

By the way, got my case touched again on 04/08/2006. I didn't even know that they work on Saturdays!!!
