Hello everyone!

I already posted this on immigrate2us, but forgot to post it on here! Lo siento amigo

Our waiver was approved on August 26th (my fiance's fathers birthday) and we receive the approval notice on September 4th (my fiances birthday!) It was the best birthday present EVER!

We are now just waiting for our open appointment letter to come in the mail and then he will be off to Juarez to get his visa!

The wedding is set for December 15th and all plans are full steam ahead!

I pray that all waiting will also be approved soon. :)

08/18/2006- NOA 1 date

08/22/2006- Touched.....:)

10/25/2006- Touched.......BIG SMILE :)

10/26/2006- TOUCHED AGAIN..........HUGE SMILE!

10/27/2006- NOA 2 approval email received!

10/31/2006- NOA 2 received in mail.........Can't stop smiling!!

11/16/2006- NVC receives my petition and assigns us a case number CDJ----------!!!! WOOHOO

11/20/2006- Mailed to Juarez!! Yippee!

11/30/2006- Juarez received my petition......Email confirms I should receive my packet within 2 weeks!! :)

12/15/2006- Received Packet!!!!! Booking travel arrangements!!!!

12/26/2006- Medical Exam

12/27/2006- Interview, 601 waiver needed

01/10/2007- Filed 601 Waiver

01/17/2007- DHS Receipt of Waiver

08/26/2007- Approved

09/04/2007- Received Approval Notice

Hello... and....Congrats......may I ask why you needed the 601 waiver????? Can you tell me a little about your interview in CDJ when the waiver was granted and the interview when your waiver was accepted. Thanks....I'm just a little nervourse for a pos waiver needed in my case.

oye disculpa y nos podrias dar un ejemplo de que o como fue hecho tu waiver un ejmplo de como lo llenaste gracias, si me lo podrias mandar yo tengo que hacer un waiver porque estoy esperando cita para ciudad juarez y el waiver lo tengo que hacer por que entre ilegal y ya estaba casada con mi esposo americano y me brinque la barda porque mi aprobacion de peticion fue aprobada dos anos despues. este es mi email: maryhealy6172@yahoo.com muchas gracias. bye

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

CONGRATULATIONS! I just received an email from my inquiry about my husband's waiver. The email was sent back and they said it was approved on Nov.6,2007 :dance: . What do we do now since you have experienced with this kind of waiver? Do we need to go back to the US Embassy and follow up on it? :help:
