Hi,

Thanks for reply on my previous topic. I would like to ask couple questions, on the reply you said the packet3 and 4, what form are they in 3 and 4? Also, DS230 why do they send to my wife in VN? I am her's agent, i think it should send to me, right? So, please tell me abit more about this, thanks alot. Oh, almost forget, abit information about my case will be on my signature so please take a look.

The only person who would send DS230 is your girl in VN, and she would send it to HCMC.

You don't send them in separately, the whole packet3 or 4 should be sent in together."

08/24/2004 - Filed I130 (i am green card holder :) )

02/14/2007 - I130 Aprroved

05/31/2007 - Update to US citizen (IR1)

07/2/2007 - I864 fee bill sent

07/23/2007 - I864 form sent

07/30/2007 - IV fee sent

08/21/2007 - They said they sent DS230 to me, but not yet received

09/15/2007 - Got DS230 and sent back to NVC

10/03/2007 - Case is done at NVC.

12/14/2007 - Interview at HCM embassy.

01/23/2008 - Back to State together( hopefuly :) )
