Hello All

:help: Does anyone out there has any flipping ideal when the USCIS Processing Times are going to change? It has been stuck on the same one a little longer than usual :help:

Greetings - "flipping"...that's a British thing, right :D

Anyways, I share your frustration with the USCIS case status page for the National Benefits Center. Last update was March 20 and it is stuck there. I finally called USCIS and asked them what the heck was going on. Of course, she said it was out of her control...but she did tell me that they are SUPPOSED to be updated on the 4th and 21rst of each month (or something close to that). Why it was not updated April 4th, she could not say.

Cheers

I'm sure you don't care anymore (saw your good news, yay!!!) but the date will change when the oldest case on the shelf has been cleared off.

The processing date you see is for the oldest active file they have. That's all.

It's usually better to look at what others filing through the same SC are experiencing.

I'm sorry, I have no idea why NVC doesn't have you yet. Is it possible that it passed straight through to the Consulate? I know the K-1s don't stay at the NVC.

It looks like you are very close on the CR-1 though! :star: That is really worth waiting for IMO & such a fast petition approval!
