Just received email from Cris, and we are approved on September 7. I mailed my petition on May 10, and they received in CSC on June 4. I called USCIS on Friday and they had no idea that I'm approved. Is it the choice of agent first step with NVC and how long is going to take to move my petition from CSC to NVC?

Your case will be transferred to NVC in about 2 weeks and your case number will be assigned. You can call the NVC hotline at 1-603-334-0700 and follow the prompts to find out the case number, but like I said it will take about 2 weeks. Until then, the recording will just they have no information on your case. About 2 weeks after a case number is assigned, the recording will say that your AOS fee bill and DS-3032 {Choice of Agent} forms have been generated.
