good morning ..

well i have 2 things to ask about .

in my interview letter the 1 i received it says.

1- All documentation establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident status.

2- Any immigration-related documentation ever issued to you, including Any Employment Authrozation Document (EAD) and any Authorization for advance parole (form I-512)

now, i came to the state on a K-3 visa and then my i-130 still pending as now ! well they ask for all the documentations ever issued to me, now do u think they will ask for my i-129F (K-3) papers !!! i dont have them all what i have the receipts and i dont have copies of the papers i sent to the Immigration when i filed them !

also what does that mean (form I-512) i dint get this one !!!

would u explain to me this 2 Question please ! and what kind of document do they want from em to bring to my interview i mean like what !!

1. This would be your marriage certificate, proof of your spouse's citizenship, and your K-3 visa and I-94.

2. If you don't have something - don't worry. Just bring your passport with a visa, I-94, and all NOA's ever issued to you. Bring everything you ever received from USCIS. They won't ask to see most of it anyway

Sand, thats AP (Advance Parole) since you arrived on a K-3 you wouldn't have needed it nor applied for it.

The rest - what?

You don't need to bring copies of the paperwork you sent to the immigration...

Just bring what they ask for - all the mail from USCIS you have, all your bio papers (passports, visas, marriage certificate, birth certificate), your spouse, and all the paperwork that shows your relationship is bona fide.

Don't stress out about the AP and EAD - you don't have that.

I answered your question - see post #2. but I will repeat:

Documentation establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident status: your marriage certificate, proof of your spouse's citizenship, and your K-3 visa and I-94. Don/t stress out about it - all the documents that establish your eligibility are mentioned separately on your interview letter, they're just not referred to as such. You will be bringing it all anyways, and the IO won't specifically ask you to show "Documentation establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident status". He/she will ask you for your marriage certificate, your spouse's proof of citizenship, your visa and I-94.

NO, they won't ask for the copy of your I-129F. You only need to bring the mail that USCIS sent to you, not what you sent to them.
