Hello June filers!

It sounds like we may be in luck. I have noticed that some June filers have been approved. Our I-130 was put into the system on June 11th. I am hoping that we will be approved soon.

Have some of you been approved and it not show up on the website?

Good luck everyone!

i filed my case 11 june in the first it was saying it will be adjudicated at 3 october and it strat going and now my timeline saying 23 november so thats mean it will take me more then 5 month to get approved or what ? any clarification would be apriciated .

we filed our I 130 on June 6th and we got our NOA1 for June 22nd. Our case has not been touched since June 27th

I check it everyday and hasn't been touched at all.

Good Luck with your process!!!

I have been checking USCIS every day, several times a day. I'm going crazy. I have to stop going to the computer checking for an update. Maybe I'll try to limit myself to once per day so I won't be so crazy about all this. Anyone have a system that's working for them?

Most of the feb march and april filers were getting approvals around 100 days mark, may and june are stuck for ever, god knows whats gonna happen to people who are filing now . if anything , they should allow the spouses to come on a tourist visa .

Looks like its just stuck, i have seen only 2 approvals on VJ in the last 2 weeks, oh well who knows they use darts to pick the application that will be processed :)

I think any one filing now should plan atleast 6 months for approval.

What would be the stock price of USCIS if they ever go public ????? anyone

6 months is what the USCIS site is saying right now for approval times

dbzman - to answer your question - Yes, some have been approved without seeing updates or touches on their case. Most recently Mayfiler was approved and they never received any updates online - just a good ol' letter in the mail. I believe the timeline for that case is: sent May 18, NOA1 dated June 7, approval September 21. Approval letter was received late this week.

Hope that helped.

Yes, that is correct, actually my priority date is may 18th and notice was june 6th, approval date is sept 21, NVC case number is generated as of Sept 27th and best part the USCIS site still shows case recieved and pending , all i can say anyone waiting in may is that if may 18th got approved on sept 21, then chances are may 19th got on sept 22 (or next working day if thats a weekend )...

It would really be nice, if the uscis site would update it's site more than once a month.

We just have to hang in there, our time is coming soon..Insha Alllaah!!

mayfiler - it looks like your case is moving right along - yay!!! I only hope you are right that the approvals continue quickly ... our priority date is May 23 ... so we should be right around the corner ... ugh! *thank you for correcting me on your dates, my guesses were pretty close ....*

Aisha - the USCIS site only updates once a month - but even with those updates, they only show the latest date they are working on ... I don't think too many here put a lot of faith in what the site says - as VJ timelines seem to be much more accurate. If late may is getting their approvals already - you shouldn't be too far behind. Hang in there!!

When I checked the USCIS website tonight at about 7:37 PM the date had been changed! IT showed 10-17-2007!

Maybe my wife and I are finally getting some action form the USCIS.
