Medical exam at SLEC prior to appt date

Sorry to ask this question as I know it is answered somewhere in the VJ already, but, here goes.

My fiancee received her (our) K-1 NOA2 approval 8/29/07. With days between NOA2 approval and embassy interview down to 70 as of 9/8/07 (as cited on VJ), we are hoping for an early November interview date. My fiancee is from Cebu. By chance, she will be attending a wedding in Manila on October 20th. Can she accomplish her SLEC exam day 1 and 2 during this trip if she comes prepared with necessary documents? I assume that the embassy will have be able to confirm whether or not she has the november interview prior to her planned departure of 10/18 from cebu for the wedding (since I suppose if her interview is in December there might be some concern about medical exam results still being valid if more than one month has elapsed between SLEC and embassy interview?). Is the probability decent that she will get her day 1 and 2 exams on consecutive days?

I would appreciate if anyone could direct us to existing posts that answer my questions or perhaps provide the answers here again. We are hoping that she can avoid spending a week in manila at the time of her interview by accomplishing the SLEC exams early (and avoid visa issuance delays resulting from SLEC complications, if any).

she can have her medical exams prior to her medical appointment as long as she have her appointment letter from the Embassy because St. Lukes will look for her medical appointment letter which is the main requirements.
