Letters and affidavits from peeps normally don't come into play until you apply to remove conditions.

May be different in Mexico tho!

I don't know about examples but it sounds like they are asking for affidavits from individuals indicating what they know about the relationship between you and your wife. They should contain the person's full name and address and tell what they personally have observed about the relationship between you and your spouse.

If they've been to your home or socialized with you and can attest to the fact that you carry on a marital relationship and actually cohabitate, that will help. If they know about your courtship etc. they should include that too. They are not looking particularly for people who only attended a ceremony or party celebrating your marriage. They know your marriage is legal. They want evidence it is bona fide, real.

Are you pursuing a visa or adjusting status?

WELL THNX ALOT,,BUT HERE IS WHAT'S HAPPENING,,,THEY SENT MY I-130 FOR STANDARD INTERVIEW IN THE LOCAL OFFICE AND THEY SENT MY WIFE A LETTER ASKING FOR PROOF FOR THE MARRIAGE ,,AND THEN WE HAVE TO SENT THEM BACK ,,ANDTHEN THEY WILL SENT MY WIFE WIFE THE APPOINTMENT LATTER,,,AND ITS STRANGE THAT THEY WANT EVERYTHING TO BE SENT BEFORE EVEN THE APPOINTMENT ,,,AND AFTER THEY TAKE A LOOK AT THEM ,THEN THEY WILL SET THE INTERVIEW DATE,AND AFTER I CALLED AN ATTORNEY HE SAID THAT I HAVE TO GET LETTERS FROM FAMILY MEMNBERS AND FRIENDS AS MUCH AS I CAN,,,SO THATS WHY,,AND I WOULD LIKE TO C AN EXAMPLE,,THNX
