Hi all,

So I am continuing to try and help out my American friend in Belize. He has two children who were both born in Belize but they also both have their American passports. He filed for them with the US embassy in Belize City when they were born.

The mother of the children is Belizean. Anyhow, he was told that he would need a form that is sort of a permission from the mother saying that he can carry the children abroad. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Thanks for any help. We don't know where to find the form.

:luv:

Erin
