Do you have a new account?

If you have no bank account then you should be ok. Not everyone in the world has money in the bank.

Your old bank should have your old bank records or at least a record of when you closed the joint account.

Maybe you have an old bank statement or check with your names on it.

Just use your IRS Tax returns and w-2 forms if you have any. that;s what we used.and also fill out an Affivadit of support.

Why did you close the account?
