Hi,

In three months my wife's AOS card will expire. I don't remember what couple of forms we need to fill out to renew it. Can someone tell us??

Thanks,

what she got was a 2 year conditional green card.... now anywhere between 90 days and the day the card expires you have to apply to remove the conditions... which you do by filling out form I-751, along with this form you need to send in proof of a bona fide marriage... things like joint bank accounts, rental or mortgage papers , utility bills etc.....

it is wise to send these forms as soon as possible in the 90 day window....
