OK .......she has the green card ...Question #1 she is now a permanent resident so at customs to get back home from her visit, she will show them passport,green card and marriage cert. to get out of the Philippines or am I just getting tired?

What can we take out of her passport ? She has CFO sticker ( that will stay?) CFO certificate ( that will come out?)Her I-94 ( comes out ?) Visa Sticker ( it stays ? ) I assume the stickers stay in and the stapled stuff comes out, but I had to ask visajourney.com just to be sure.

In the USA she will show passport ...green card and marriage cert.

We did call the Philippine Embassy in Chicago and they said three weeks to change passport ....but we weren't going to take their word for it so will will wait till she comes back from her visit to do that.

Passport and greencard is all you need to go in and out of the US. :thumbs:

you are right and since the passport is still in her maiden name, she will need the carry the Marriage Certificate to show the legal name change.
