Isn't making an obscene gesture his Constitutional right (i.e. freedom of expression)?

The question is whether this expression was done in his private or official capacity...

i work with the sheriff dept in houston..there is a code of conduct for all officers...everywhere..and this behavior whether on duty or off..is against all policies..as a cop is a cop 24/7...

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

people like this make me nauseous...this means that no matter what were to happen in the world, in government, in the judicial system, this guy would just simply sit down and let it happen...

maybe he would become a protestor if they outlawed dunkin donuts :whistle:

What's the difference?

The number of legal immigrants is so small, "pro-legal" is synonymous with "anti-immigrant".

BTW, I'm not pro-illegal - I just don't see why people can't admit that they are anti-immigrant.

(Anti-immigrant = I don't want any more immigrants here except "my" immigrant spouse.)

I'm not for unlimited immigration, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with limited, legal immigration.
