1. A copy of the green card for my wife Tegan ******. **both front and back**

2. Rental agreements from the apartments we have lived in.

**included is an occupant ledger for the first apartment complex we lived in**

3. Copy of car insurance card. (we just brought a new car so have included both the old and new cards)

4. Copy of both our licenses with the same residential address.

5. Copy of our Military Star and Sears cards.

6. Copy of both my Military ID and Tegan's Military Dependent ID naming *****************as sponsor.

7. Copy of our joint checking and savings bank accounts statement for the 08-22-06 (one page showing that Tegan in is on the account as a joint owner 09-21-06 and 07-22-07 to 8-21-07. ** The reason we only have from the 08-22-06 is because we don't have paper statements and that is as far back as the statements go on the computer **

8. Copy of my "Service Members Group Life Insurance" Indicating Tegan******* my wife as a beneficiary.

9. Pictures of both Tegan and I. (11 photo's in cluding one before wedding a few of our wedding and a few with friends and family

19 Jul, 05 Recieved AOS interview letter

21 Jul, 05 Ray is finally home !!

22 Sep, 05 AOS interview !!!

22 Sep, 05 AOS approved awaiting Green card in the mail !!!

Received Green card... but i can't remember when Sorry

13 Mar, 06 passed GED.

8 Apr, 06 Started work !!

7 Sept,07 Sent off I-751 to remove conditional residence status.

(keeping our fingers crossed we don't get an RFE!!)

10 Sept, 07 I-751 delivered at 11:27 AM on in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607.

22 Sept, 07 Green card expired.

24 Sept, 07 Called bank to see if check had been cashed - it hasn't ! :(

29 Sept, 07 Cashiers check cashed !!! WOOHOO that is a load off my mind !!!

1 Oct, 07 Called bank to see if cashiers check had been cashed !! see above !!

1 Oct, 07 NOA 1 received in mail.

3 Oct, 07 Biometrics appointment received in mail.

20 Oct, 07 Biometrics appointment.

1 Dec, 07 Decision of approval

7 Dec, 07 Received letter stating that my green card is on its way... no interview for us !!

14 Dec, 07 Received 10 year green card in the mail

Done with USCIS til mid Sept 2017 (card exp. 12/7/2017) :oD

do you have any utility bills?? even if they are not in both your names i would still include them or other bills that might just have you or your spouses name on it... but shows the same address...

other then that the list looks good :thumbs:

all of our bills have my husbands name on them. We had both our names on a utility at our first apartment, I just called the company but the ledger theycould have faxed me would only had my husbands name on it even though both our names were on the account other than that one everything usually goes in my husbands name.

Jan 27, 2014 NOA received and cheque cashed

Feb 13, 2014 Biometrics scheduled

Nov 7, 2014 NOA received and interview scheduled

Well I sent of my I-751 form yesterday, fingers crossed we don't get an RFE.
