You don't see many DCFs approved from the Philippines.

My buddy who has lived in Cotobato for 12 years whom I've been helping with the process wife was approved yesterday for a IR visa.

He was borderline on finances but the CO said the embassy is encouraging all Americans to get out of Cotobato, Mindanoa.

CO didn't even look at his paperwork.

QUOTE

YAHOO! APPROVED NA! Got out of there by 9am.

Consular officer (kano) said: "I am happy to approve your visa. Go with my blessing. We are advising Americans with families to get out of Cotabato".

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
