or It gets mailed to my USC hudband?

If it gets mailed to him then can i go ahead and mail it to him as of now since our case was entered into NVC system already?!!!

can someone just clarify who went through this step..and just to note ..i m not using Jame's SC..i would just like to save the mailing time..

thanking you all

NVC Process Flowchart for CR1/IR1 Visa

Please get yourself familiar with the whole process. It is very beneficial with the whole NVC process.

The DS3032 will be sent to you, a copy of the same form will also be mailed to the petitioner. If you already have downloaded it, signed and filled it out, you can go ahead and send it to your husband. However I must add that you need the barcode to be placed on the top of the form. If you are comfortable with using James Shortcut 2.0 and you already know your NVC case#, you can generate the barcode on your own before sending it out.

Hi Pari,

If you guys are not using a lawyer do not worry about this part, if you are doing it yourself then email it!

NVC agents do accept DS-3032's by email now. You can simply email it to them to save you the time.

You need to shoot an email to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov, put your case number as your subject and then

use the following letter:

---------------------------------------

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is (Beneficiary Name), my date if of birth is MM-DD-YYYY. My visa case number is ABC1234567890

As per instructions by the NVC Call Center, I am e-mailing my DS-3032 Choice of Agent.

I, (Beneficiary Name), hereby designate my (Petitoner's Relation i.e. Husband), (Petitioner's Name),

as my agent. (His or Her) information is as follows:

Petitoner's Name: Some Name

Petitoner's DOB: December 25, 1965

Petitioner's Address: 1313 Mockingbird Ln

Somewhere, NY 11206, USA

Petitioner's Phone: (536) 846-8646

All mail from the U.S. Department of State concerning my immigration visa

application should be send to the address above. Thank you for your help.

Pari,

You don't have to wait for the form to be generated. You can go ahead an email it now and get the ball rolling.

No additional forms or barcodes need to be attached.

When did the emailing the Choice of Agent before the forms were even generated start? It doesnt make sense that you would be emailing them 'per NVC instruction' before the forms were even generated.

I know it sounds baffling, but I need you to trust me on this because it worked for me and my buddy. We filed right after the NVC issued us

a case number. On a separate note, the USCIS has begun "experimentally" e-filing non-immigration petitions to reduce processing times and

case loads. Perhaps there is a silver lining on the horizon for us immigrant filers?

Well I'm not one to argue, I just need you to trust me on this becuase my buddy and I both did it among receiving our case numbers and were both accepted.

I don't see why it wouldn't work for any other immigrant. On a separate note, the USCIS has begun "exprimentally" e-filing non-immigrant petitions to quicken

processing times and reduce case loads. Perhaps this is the silver lining that us immgrant filers were hoping for.

There are two ways you can send in your DS3032:

(1) Download, fill out and sign (by beneficiary) then send to NVC (use the JSC shortcut)

(2) Email Choice of Agent

Emailing of Choice of Agent is only acceptable, as per NVC standard, is if when you declare that you have not receive the packet because of loss in transit. Otherwise, NVC will discourage you and ask you to wait for the required amount of time (2-4 weeks) before emailing them the information. And NO, you can not email and attach the DS3032 form to NVC.

I would like to urge people to NOT email your choice of agent before the form is generated. Although the NVC is about 2 weeks behind responding to emails, you should not rely on their lag time to email the DS-3032 before it is generated because it may otherwise cause a delay. I got *gently reprimanded* from the NVC for doing jumping the gun on the DS-3032 and AoS Fee Bill.

It seems that, with the lag time in NVC responding to email, that the fastest way is to have the beneficiary sign a DS-3032 and send it to the USC once you know the case number so that you can put in your barcode. The USC can then overnight mail the form once the form is actually generated.

Good luck.
