Hello and Congratulations!

Before we can answer your question :time:

It is important for other VJ members to give you assistance based from the information you have on your timeline.

I assume that since you have posted this on this forum, this is for IR1/ CR1 visa. If the CASE COMPLETE is from NVC, it takes about 6 weeks from the complete date for the interview: 2 weeks transit from NVC to USEM, then 4 weeks for USEM to the date of the interview (medical is 2 weeks before the interview).

Good luck!

also does she get the paperwork in two weeks or does the embassy get it in two weeks?

Your actual application and documents from USCIS to NVC will all be sent to the embassy (USEM). It will get to her at least within or after 2 weeks by USEM.

Here's a tip since you're going through Manila. Because your case was completed by the NVC BEFORE the 15th-16th of this month, you will probably get an interview appointment for next month. The NVC makes appointments the second week of the month so you can call them either the 14th or 17th to find out if they were able to give you the October date.

Also both, the petitioner and beneficiary, get a copy of packet 4 which is the interview letter. I received it 2 days after our interview was scheduled and my husband received his in Colombia about 20 days later.
