Email to NVC for DS3032

My husband emailed the NVC per James Shortcut for the DS3032. He sent the email 8/24/07, we have not has a response yet. If there is anyone that used this method, how long before you received a response from the NVC ackowledging choice of agent.

It used to take 7-10 days for them reply to emails, now it has been taking at least 14 days. They will get to it, but not as soon as we would like them to be at this time.

I sent an email on 8/24/07, I haven't received any reply yet. I am going to wait until tuesday then I will call them and talk to a live operator. Thanks

We sent our email on 8/23. I was getting desperate.... I called twice this week. The second time I asked if we should send it again, so we did on 9/6. We got a response 9/7 on the original email dated 8/23.

If you don't hear anything by 9/12, I would call and ask about the email and resend it. I had read some posts that doing just that works. It did for me.

I guess, now that the choice of agent has been processed, I will have to lose more hair waiting on the IV bill. How many years does that take???

Thanks again. It did work for me too. I got an email from NVC accepting the DS 3032. I got the email at 7pm. someone works until 7pm that's great.

I used the e-mail too but honestly I would not do it again, it took them 16 days to give me an answer. I even received the form by mail before they processed my e-mail. My advice now is to avoid e-mail, print out the DS-3032 using the shortcuts and send it. Hard copies seem to be processed in a quicker way.

Sounds like my problem.....Drew mailed DS-3032 from Jamaica on 8/21 via registered mail......NVC still says no receipt of it yet.......However, I sent out the I-864 packet and they have received it and entered it into their system......But says waiting on DS-3032........I talked to NVC and they say that once they receive DS-3032, it could take up to 5 days before it is entered into the system.....

send another email today and they will enter it tomorrow. That's how it worked for me.

I sent the first email on 24th and then one last weekend. I got reply yesterday.

But I wouldn't send any email in the future because it takes a long time for them to reply.

FYI Reply to my email (sent out on August 24th before the business day started) was received today. (19 days, 12 business days)
