Hi! Could anyone tell me how long does it take to process the I-130 petition in California? My mom petitioned me and my sister on August 2004. We were both over 21 years old and I have 2 kids(but not married). We are from the Philippines. My mom is a permanent resident in California. And also if ever my petition been granted, can I bring along my 2 kids? Thanks!
