Hi All,

I'm in the AOS/EAD phase for my wife. She's a K3 holder and we filed the AOS/EAD paperwork right before the deadline. We were patiently waiting for NOA's and knew it was gonna be slow because of the volume of petitions right before the deadline. Anyway, last friday I finally saw my checks cashed. Looking at the case number written on the back of the check online did not work. Then I read that these were not the actual receipt numbers so I waited until I got my NOA this past tuesday. The Notice date for both the AOS and EAD are August 30th and they have very similar case numbers MSC---------. But problem is, these numbers don't show up online either. It says something like you entered an incorrect case number. I also cannot add these two case numbers to my profile (where I already have the I129 and I130s) And lastly, the USCIS automated phone line also says my case cannot be found.

Then I waited to talk with an operator and he said, yes your case is here. Don't know why you can't see it online or on the phone. There's some funny stuff happening with the systems. Check back often.

Well I keep checking and no difference.

Anyone else having similar problems?

My Sister filed paperwork for her Husband and Son (AOS) back in June - they did their biometrics over a month ago - she still can't look up the status online, she gets the same message you do - in some cases I don't think they are being entered at all.

Phone # is 800-375-5283, But they won't be able todo much if you don't even have an NOA. When did you file? Check in the AOS forums for timelines of others. Mine took a little over a month (to get check cashed + NOA)

Thanks everyone. I guess I'm not the only one, so I'll just wait, and check the mailbox a bit more often each day :)
