Affidavit of Support Question

I have four children, but I only claim two of them on my taxes. On the Affidavit of Support form it asks me to list who is dependent upon me for financial support (Question 8). Do I write down all four of my kids and check the "partially dependent" box or do I just put the two I claim on my taxes and check the "wholly dependent" box?

If the other two are partially dependent, list them. If not, don't.

Well, my ex-husband and I split custody 50/50 so then in reality all my children are partially dependent. Will they look at how many I claim on my taxes as well as the Affidavit of Support form?

List your four children on the form.

Then select the correct box for the children that you support full time and partial time.
