Hi....sorry i think i am being a little picky here as my "attention to detail" head is on while i work out the AOS paperwork..

I noticed the example ead form has the person filing on her maiden name Doally but she would have been married to apply for EAD? and therfore this should be Smith right? ...sorry for being a pain in the butt but i just wonder if i am missing something? as it also doesnt have the the married status ticked?

Please someone tell me i havent missed anything and i am just being retentive? anally or otherwise!LOL..

Which one are you looking at? The EAD example I looked at has Smith as the last name and Doally under "Other Names Used". It doesn't have the Married box checked in that section though, you're right (it doesn't have anything checked at all).
