That is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know you are happy happy. My fiance's interview is next week. We only hope for the same result. Any advice ? Sure would be helpful. I have only visited him the one time before filing petition for him to come here. I hope that won't disappoint the CO. But my job won't allow me to take time off anymore like that.

Please respond as we need all the advice we can get.

Hi,

I'm not sure that I can offer any advice as we did not do anything special..lol. We didn't even rehearse anything for the interview. I was afraid that he would seem coached and not believable.

I think the best thing is to bring chat records, emails and letters showing that you have a common language. This was the first thing the CO asked. She began speaking to him in english while she was taking his fingerprints and he replied back in english that he doesn't speak very well. She said well then how do you communicate with you wife?? Apparently the young blonde CO is fluent in Arabic. Who would have thought? He said that she did not speak Daarija but another dialect of arabic and he understood her very well.

My husband brought three binders full of photos, emails, chat logs, cards, etc. He said that he felt ridiculous but I think that this let her know that he was prepared to show the proof. She asked about the time difference between us, as I mentioned before she asked about my children their dates of birth, my ex husband how long we were married and when we were divorced. She asked about my job and what I do for a living. All in all the interview was rather brief. She smiled at my husband and said congratulations on the visa and told him to come back today. My husband picked up his visa today @ 3:00 and bought his plane ticket.

We are just estatic. I thought that we would be drug through months of AR/AP. I think that the reason we got the visa so fast was because of the Visa type being the CR1. I think the security checks are done ahead of the appointment.

Good luck on your interview!

Conratulation from the deep of the heart,

well she was that good blond CO, you have to pray millions of times for Allah that your husband didn't had his interview in counter (4) with that African American CO all she knows is printing papers of 221g.

yes, you are right, that blonde CO always welcoming people and treat them like passengers not like enemies, and she always says by arabic ( come to pick your visa en sha allah at xxxxx ).

Congratulation again.

FOR ME I AM NOT SURE WHETHER I WILL HAVE THE SECOND INTERVIEW WITH THE SAME THAT GAVE ME 221G, IN CASE THAT HAPPENS I WILL DO WITH POCKET IN MY HAND TO PUT ANOTHER 221G'S LOL.
