For me today is the 98th day and you know what?... still nothing, no touch since june 6 (we received our NOA1 in june 1st).

My timeline shows september 25 as the day as NOA2 could possibly be issued :whistle:

But the worst thing is that we´ve all the day in mind that we´ll receive a RFE before, because we sent the wrong size passport photographs :crying: .

So...I don´t believe this month we´ll gonna get it....

Well with the I-129f the photo of the fiancee is not so important i dont think as to when you actually go to the interview, which one was the wrong size the person filing the petition or the benificiary? In my case i dont think that my fiancees is the right size. Its not 2x2 but everything else is the right size and position.Its a little smaller than 2x2

Both of us are in the wrong size because by the time we sent it we were together in Spain, and there, and usually in all the European Union photograph´s sizes are a little bit smaller than 5x5cm...

We think that the RFE is unavoidable because we suppose that on the NOA2 they will put at least the beneficiary´s one right??

Yeah, I think so, but even if you get and RFE i feel confident it will not take to long to get your approval if you send it back UPS express or something. Atleast at that point you know the only thing that was wrong was your pic size. So I shouldnt be that bad. Good luck to you and im sure everything will be ok.

Well were comming to the end of the wait hopefully, we are alot further in the process than we were 4 months ago. I hope that either this week or next will be the week of good news. No matter what though we will be with our loved ones. Whether the US goverment sees it fit or whether i move to a third world country, i will be with the one i love.

I realize some of you guys are at a 120 plus days and still no NOA2. Timeline on VJ for time between NOA1 and NOA2 for CSC is showing 93 days. I am at 101 days myself and am really starting to feel the stress of waiting big time. I am trying very hard to not go crazy :blink: but as you all know somedays it is difficult!

I do not understand why if we filed in May our petitions would be affected by the mass filings that came at the end of July. Wouldn't our files have been towards the head of the line by this time? Maybe I am not seeing the big picture! Maybe I have gone crazy and do not even realize it yet! :help:

Hopefully the next couple of weeks spell relief. Good luck to all!

I am right on the edge of making that decision to move. Living in the Philippines with my wife was actually my 1st choice, but we convinced each other to try the fiance Visa route. Now time has passed, precious time I will never get back, lost memories that I will never have. How much longer will I wait? I am not getting younger and I can't turn the clock back!!

cheer up my friend a lot of things happens on Fridays. Now is a good time to start gathering evidence for your fiance. 121 days put you within the next couple of days, as usual i'm praying for you. Don't worry about the lack of touches.

I have a feeling the May filer's board will be coming alive next week. so keep faith.

Oh..no...I didn't write our names on the back of our pictures...will that warrant a RFE too? I will move to the Philippines instead then...if the waiting is too long. :crying::crying::crying:
