HELP!!!NVC returned my DS230 and checklist

I need help! NVC returned my DS230 and sent another checklist.I'm about to submit again the DS230 and the requirements needed especified on the checklist.Its a family based Visa.What happens after i submit this documents?If there are problems again with my documents,will the NVC send me another checklist? or they will forward it to Philippine embassy? some said that if ever the documents got problems for the second time, NVC will no longer send some checklist to me, instead forward it to Philippine embassy and then the embassy will process my petition. Am i right? or wrong?Please help!!!!

I assume the checklist that they have provided you forwarded you to a link that will enlist all the items that you need to submit with your DS230. If that is so, then you have to submit all the pertinent documents along with the DS230.

Are you just petitioning your spouse?

Please go to the Department of State website at the following address:

http://Travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_1335.html.

Click on the Applicant Document Processing link and follow the instructions.
