My wife and I visited Canada for the first time last Saturday and stayed overnight for my wife's sister's birthday, and then we spent most of Sunday visiting with her parents, so they sure enjoyed that. We got home, then learned this week that my wife will be getting a raise at her job that she just started, and today we just got the call that her family's case was approved back in Canada and they can now live there for the rest of their lives :)

Since June 5 I got to live with my wife 24/7, and now she never has to worry about her family moving from country to country again :) Score, booyah, and any other lame word that applies :)

My wife has been back since June 5, 2007. Now we're just livin' man, L I V I N :)

Oh without a doubt, I'm so excited for them. They've been in Canada since October of 2004, working their butts off and everything, they have a nice home, but have just been in limbo. They have a 24 year old daughter that wasn't able to go to school or anything while waiting, and really couldn't even move out because she needed to share the address for immigration. It's good to see the Canadian government excelled where the US government let them down for so many years!
