Hi everyone, been a while since I posted! ~ *waving to the people still here who know me from the beginning of our journeys ;)

Just sent my I-751 packet out to TSC yesterday and now the waiting begins again I guess!

So does this BIG fee increase mean a quicker approval for us or is the time still dragging these days?

November 18th, 2004 ~ Sent AOS paperwork to San Antonio District Office.

December 29th ~ received reciept for AOS application and notice for fingerprints.

January 8th, 2005 ~ Fingerprints Done.

Oct 6th - Contacted Constituent Liaison.

Made Infopass appt. for 1st Dec. and later that day received a call from San Antonio office and during that phonecall they decided to interview us on 1st Dec. - wow

Dec 1st - AOS Interview! - Succeful interview, but one of my Sons still has to wait for FBI clearance as he turned 14 during AOS application processing.

April 27th, 2006 green cards received!!

September 6th, 2007 Sent I-751 to TSC

10 year green card received May 18th, 2009 (we finally got there!) finally dealt with by our local office.

Mailed ours on Sept. 1 and received at VSC on Sept. 3. It's a wait and see game now. Good luck1

Nobody knows. I sent my I-751 last Aug 18. Check not yet cashed and no NOA in sight.

08/17/08: Mailed N400 to TSC

08/19/08: USPS attempted delivery

08/20/08: TSC received N400

08/21/08: TSC cashed check

09/02/08: Received NOA...........Priority date: 08/20/08

..............................................Notice date : 08/22/08

09/02/08: Received Biometrics Notification

09/18/08: Biometrics completed - Charlotte DO

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!

We're in, too!

Mailed our package Sept. 1, TSC received it yesterday, Sept. 5. Checked still not cashed, obviously.

...So does this BIG fee increase mean a quicker approval for us or is the time still dragging these days?

I sure wish that paying almost $600 for our application would mean having things done a little faster, but I doubt it. :whistle: We'll have to wait and see, I guess!

I'm hopfully going to be sending my application in on Tuesday the 12th (just awaiting on an affidavit) my green card expired the 22nd.

good luck to everyone !!

question -in sending the check did everyone just put it in on top of there application or I don't want to use a hole punch or anything but I don't want it to slip out or anything??? how have other sent the check?

13 Mar, 06 passed GED.

8 Apr, 06 Started work !!

7 Sept,07 Sent off I-751 to remove conditional residence status.

(keeping our fingers crossed we don't get an RFE!!)

10 Sept, 07 I-751 delivered at 11:27 AM on in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607.

22 Sept, 07 Green card expired.

24 Sept, 07 Called bank to see if check had been cashed - it hasn't ! :(

29 Sept, 07 Cashiers check cashed !!! WOOHOO that is a load off my mind !!!

1 Oct, 07 Called bank to see if cashiers check had been cashed !! see above !!

1 Oct, 07 NOA 1 received in mail.

3 Oct, 07 Biometrics appointment received in mail.

20 Oct, 07 Biometrics appointment.

1 Dec, 07 Decision of approval

7 Dec, 07 Received letter stating that my green card is on its way... no interview for us !!

14 Dec, 07 Received 10 year green card in the mail

Done with USCIS til mid Sept 2017 (card exp. 12/7/2017) :oD
